Ingredients:

1 small bunch of organic kale, shredded thin

2 organic cucumbers, cut in ½, then ¼’s
-
1 organic bunch of celery (about 10 stalks), trimmed
-
1 inch organic ginger, skinned
-
10 organic sprigs of Italian parsley

1 organic green Granny Smith apple, sliced – optional
Note: Always presume all ingredients listed are organic and/or as natural as can be (GMO, hormone and pesticide free).
Note: It's easy to get confused when reading food labels today. To save you research time and frustration, I have linked as often as possible to my favorite brands. Kitchen Tools:
Directions:
-
Prepare all vegetables and fruits as instructed above & line up on a large cutting board
-
Put juicer together and start to alternate Cucumbers, Kale and Celery into the juicer
-
Add in Apple slices, Parsley sprigs (stems in first), then Ginger with some Lemon
-
Make sure to end with a few slices of Lemon to “clean” the juicer.
-
Note: If the amount of juice extracted comes close to the top of the container, place a glass jar under the spout and empty the juice into the x-large measuring cup.
-
Finish the extraction of the fruits and veggies.
-
Add all the juice together in the measuring container, stir, and then pour into the small glass jars, filling all the way up to the top – leaving no room for air so the nutrients will be preserved for the day.
