Supplements are essential today for keeping the body healthy and increasing longevity. In fact, one particular immune feeding supplement gave me enough strength to get my head off the pillow when I was at my sickest. I thought at the time it was just a thyroid supporting supplement, but later I found out that it is an essential food for the white blood cells - which is our immune system. Soooo, supplements can make a huge difference in your overall feeling of wellness.
Another important reason supplements are important is our less than adequate Standard American Diet - also known as SAD (because it is SAD what our once nutritious life force has become!) Unfortunately, are food supply is being tainted in many ways, decreasing nutrients in fruits and vegetables. Our meats and poultry are being given deadly antibiotics to keep animals "healthy" in overcrowded conditions and fed unnatural/unnecessary foods to fatten them up for profit. Our fish is being farmed and either fed harmful, unnatural "foods" as well, or they are swimming in toxic sludge.

Some of the supplements provided are for certain conditions, but ALL of these supplements have been thoroughly researched, natural and organic (when possible) and always free of toxic additives, gluten, soy and dairy.

A good rule of thumb is to never add more than one new supplement or medication in 4-5 days time so that way you if you happen to have a reaction, you and your doctor have an idea what the culprit can be. Always, always, always read the label of every medication and supplement you decide to take PRIOR to ingesting. Formulas change often, and sometimes products or companies are bought out in order to eliminate competition. Stay informed of new additives being added to your store bought food, medications and supplements.
